A light, dry Charmat-method sparkling with a fine bubble and a persistent finish. About 2,000 bottles a year at 12% vol.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine persistent perlage. Intense, persistent nose of white fruit and bread crust; dry, well structured. Aromatic notes: citrus, apple, white flowers, bread.
Pairs well with
Fish aperitifs and dishes, white meats and first courses: fried gnocco, crustaceans, fried fish, spaghetti with bottarga.
