A Barbera d'Asti Superiore selected from the best grapes, wilted on the vine and aged two years in first-use barriques. Named after the location of the vineyards; suggested cellaring of 15 to 20 years.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red, full-bodied, ripe red fruit. Aromatic notes: stewed fruit, cherry, violet, mint.
Pairs well with
Special occasions: red meat, game, aged and powerful cheeses. Stewed wild boar, donkey stew, fresh pasta with game ragout, Gorgonzola.

- Vinification
- Gentle pressing, fermentation on the skins for about 7 to 8 days. Aged 24 months in new barriques.
