Tasting notes
Hay yellow with golden hue; delicate nose of sweet lemon, fresh fruit and citrus; fresh, medium-bodied, with a crisp savoury finish. Aromatic notes: white flowers, white fruit.
Pairs well with
Aperitif served very chilled (6-8 °C), or with light antipasti, fish-sauce first courses and refined fish dishes: squash risotto, grilled vegetables, seafood salad, pasta with white ragout.
