Tasting notes
Colour: ruby red turning garnet with age. Nose: floral notes of rose and violet, syrupy cherry and light balsamic hints of eucalyptus. Palate: dry, with enveloping tannins and good acidity.

Tasty red meat dishes, soft cheeses, vegetarian first courses
