Tasting notes
Colour: lively ruby red. Nose: intense red fruit balanced by vanilla. Palate: good acidity, soft tannin with delicate wood notes.

- Picked in late September. Crushed with destemming, then fermented in large vessels with selected yeasts at controlled temperature on the skins and seeds until the natural sugars are used up. Racked off the lees, matured in suitable vessels, filtered and bottled from spring.
