Colour: intense ruby red. Nose: ripe red fruit and vanilla. Palate: tannin roundness balanced by soft acidity, good persistence.

- Vinification
- Harvest begins in early October once ripeness is optimal. Crushed with destemming, then fermented in large vessels with selected yeasts at controlled temperature on the skins and seeds until the natural sugars are used up. Racked off the lees, aged in suitable vessels, filtered and bottled from spring.
