Tasting notes
Colour: garnet red with orange highlights. Nose: intense, ethereal, rose and violet. Palate: dry, full, robust, austere and velvety.

- Crushed with destemming, then fermented at controlled temperature in large tanks with selected yeasts on the skins and seeds until the natural sugars are used up. Racked 3-4 times. Aged at least 38 months, at least 18 of them in oak casks. Filtered before bottling.
