An easy-drinking Nebbiolo d'Alba from Bricco Morinaldo, aged 12 months in oak and cherry wood.
Tasting notes
Ruby red taking on garnet with age. Fine and intense nose of violets, wild berries and sweet spices. Warm and intense on the palate, good body, fine and well-balanced tannins, elegant and long.
Pairs well with
Cheeses and tasty main courses, red meat and game; also as an aperitif, with freshwater shrimp, fish soup or fresh Grana Padano
