Tasting notes
Antique pink with delicate, persistent perlage. Fruity nose with bread crust and floral overtones. Full-bodied, balanced, crisp and round with a slightly aromatic finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif and throughout a meal; freshwater shrimp, fish soup, fresh Grana Padano
