Tasting notes
Deep straw yellow with golden hues. Citrus start with hazelnut, peach and ripe pear. Warm and full-bodied, good acidity, a mineral texture fading into a savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Piedmontese starters including white meats, fish, light first courses with vegetable sauces
