Tasting notes
Deep straw yellow with green hues. Fresh, delicate nose of chamomile and white-fleshed fruit. Smooth and pronounced on the palate, slightly sharp, fresh and lingering.
Pairs well with
Piedmontese starters including white meats, fish, light first courses with vegetable sauces
