Red
Lupestre
By Poderi Vaiot, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A Barbera d'Alba Superiore aged in oak, acacia and apricot wood, at its best after 2 to 3 years.
Tasting notes
Bright, intense ruby red with purplish highlights. Delicate, intense, persistent nose of plum, blackberry and cherry with a slight spice. Full and mouth-filling with varietal acidity, dry, fresh and very long, with a hazelnut note on the finish.
Pairs well with
