A single-vineyard Barolo from the Villero cru in Castiglione Falletto, rounder and warmer than the estate's neighbouring Rocche di Castiglione bottling.
Tasting notes
A strong, well-rounded wine with dense scents of violet, red fruit, cocoa and liquorice. Complex tannic texture with a delicate, sweet finish.

- Vinification
- Careful manual grape selection in vineyard and cellar via conveyor belt, gentle destemming and pressing, fermentation and maceration for about 25 days. Aged in 40 hl oak barrels for 30 months, bottled at the end of summer and aged a further year in bottle before sale. 3,800-4,000 bottles produced.
