By Poderi e Cantine Oddero, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's top Barolo Riserva, from a hilltop plot in Serralunga d'Alba with the highest active limestone content in the Barolo zone.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet-ruby red, deep and limpid. Complex bouquet of dark fruit, blackberry, citrus and rose, with balsamic notes of tobacco, liquorice and quina, and nuances of forest underbrush and wet limestone. Firm tannins, freshness, persistence and longevity on the palate.
