A Moscato d'Asti from the estate's high-altitude Cascina Fiori vineyard in Trezzo Tinella, among the latest-harvested sites for the variety.
Tasting notes
Intense yellow colour, fragrant and aromatic bouquet with light notes of mandarin, grapefruit, white peach, flowers and sage. Refreshing, sweet and aromatic on the palate.
Pairs well with
Pairs well with classic Italian desserts, and also with lightly aged cheeses, salami and figs, or as an aperitif; some serve it with grilled prawns.

- Marly soil with fine clay and limestone, in places almost white; the marl is particularly compact and, where eroded into flat formations, has traditionally been used for local dry stone walls.

- Vinification
- Manual harvest into crates, destemming-crushing, cold maceration for 12 hours, pressing and static clarification at about 8°C for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel, interrupted using cold. Two bottlings, one in November and one at the end of February, with an optional third in April. 15,000 bottles produced.
