Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with attractive violet highlights, a characterful, fresh bouquet with notes of plum and ripe cherry. Harmonious, with good structure and roundness, and a pleasantly savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Cured meats, agnolotti, pasta with sauce, red meats, blue cheeses and semi-aged cheeses.
