Gatto's Piemonte Viognier DOC, the estate's only white wine, with about 5,400 bottles produced.
Tasting notes
Floral and fruity on the nose, with notes of apricot and citrus, good structure on the palate with pronounced elegance and delicacy and a very balanced finish.
Pairs well with
Starters, grilled fish, white meats, goat's cheese, and excellent as an aperitif.
