Gatto's Monferrato Nebbiolo DOC, aged 18 months in 26 hl oak barrels, with about 3,500 bottles produced.

Tasting notes

Ruby red with a hint of garnet, a delicate, pleasant bouquet with notes of raspberry, violet and spice, full-bodied with a firm tannic structure.

Pairs well with

Rich, flavourful dishes, fresh pasta, red meats and roasts.
