Gatto's Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, made from Ruchè grown in Montemagno Monferrato, with about 40,000 bottles produced, the estate's largest bottling.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with purple highlights, a fine, persistent, aromatic bouquet with pleasant notes of violet and geranium. Soft and velvety on the palate, lightly tannic, with a berry finish.
Pairs well with
Rabbit, game, wild boar and aged cheeses.

- Fermented in rotary fermenters at a controlled 26 degrees C for 5 days, aged in steel tank for 6 to 12 months, then rests 2 months in bottle at 12 degrees C.
