Gatto's Riserva bottling of Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, from vines averaging 30 years old and aged 12 months in oak, with about 3,500 bottles produced.

Tasting notes

Ruby red with purple highlights, a fine, persistent, aromatic bouquet with pleasant notes of violet and geranium. Soft and velvety on the palate, lightly tannic, with a berry finish.

Pairs well with

Rabbit, game, wild boar and aged cheeses.
