Mosto Parzialmente Fermentato
By Pelissero, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A lighter, sweet, partly fermented must at 5.5% alcohol, first made in 2009, released a year before the Moscato d'Asti.
Tasting notes
Green-yellow with golden reflections and a persistent ring of bubbles. Acacia flowers, passion fruit and honey, with mineral undergrowth notes of sage, thyme and mint. Savoury and pleasant, with acidity against a notable residual sugar.
