White
Langhe Bianco
By Pelissero, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
First made in 2022, when drought yields led the estate to blend its three white varieties in one bottle.
Tasting notes
Deep straw with greenish reflections. Acacia flowers, honey, white almonds and a bread-crust note from the yeast. Fresh, soft and savoury, with good persistence.
