Moscato d'Asti
By Pelissero, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
Moscato d'Asti first made in 2010 after the estate bought Moscato plots in late 2008.
Tasting notes
Green-yellow with golden reflections and a persistent ring of bubbles. Acacia flowers, passion fruit, honey, sage, thyme and mint. Savoury and pleasant, with acidity set against the residual sugar.
