Red
Augenta
By Pelissero, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
Dolcetto from the vineyard around the cellar, a long-standing flagship made with low yields and an unusual oak-cask ageing for the variety.
Tasting notes
Lively, intense ruby. Pleasant aromas running from fruity to winey. Austere yet gentle, with savoury tannin and soft sweet tannins, balanced structure and long persistence.
