Langhe DOC Barbera from a single vineyard in Dogliani, vines over 35 years old, first produced in 1994.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with intense aromas of ripe red and black cherries, flint, graphite and spice. Fresh acidity and full body. Marked by finesse, excellent balance, great complexity and a persistent finish.
Pairs well with
Antipasti, pasta, white and red meats, game, medium-aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- After crushing, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks, followed by post-fermentation maceration on the skins. After drawing off, malolactic fermentation happens in steel before the wine is moved to barrels.
