Langhe DOC Pinot Nero blended from vineyards in Dogliani (380 m) and Bossolasco (700 m), first produced in 2007 and made only in certain vintages.
Tasting notes
Ruby red. Fruity, with notes of dog rose, raspberry, redcurrant and red cherry. Round, silky tannins enrich a refined finish. Intense and complex, elegant and beguiling.
Pairs well with
Antipasti, pasta, roasted and grilled white and red meats. Aged cheeses.

- Soil
- Medium-textured calcareous-clay in Dogliani; loose, calcareous soil in Bossolasco
- Harvest
- Mid-September
- Vinification
- After harvest the grapes are chilled; part is destemmed, the rest kept as whole berries in tank. A pre-maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation. After drawing off, the wine is held in steel for malolactic fermentation, then racked and moved to wood.

- Aged in wood.
