Dogliani Superiore DOCG selection from the single-vineyard Bricco Botti podere, the same property as the historic Dogliani cellar; first produced in 1994 and made only in certain vintages.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Fruity, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry and ripe red cherry. Mineral and spice notes. Full body, soft tannins and good balance.
Pairs well with
Antipasti, pasta, grilled and roasted white and red meats. Medium-aged cheeses.
