Pecchenino Bussia

Barolo DOCG from a single vineyard in the Bussia menzione (Corsini locality), first produced in 2012.

Tasting notes

Intense garnet red. Initially austere on the nose, with complex floral and red fruit notes, licorice, spice and tobacco. Fine on the palate with sensations of ripe red fruit. Taut, compact tannin makes the wine very classic. Vibrant, vertical acidity. Extremely elegant and refined.

Pairs well with

Fresh pasta with meat ragù or truffle. Roasted or braised red meats. Game. Long-aged cheeses.
