Langhe DOC Chardonnay from vineyards at 700 m in Bossolasco (Alta Langa zone), first produced in 1994.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow color with fresh floral aromas, citrus and notes of exotic fruit. Medium body, good acidity and minerality. Well balanced, elegant, with excellent complexity and persistence.
Pairs well with
Antipasti, vegetables and raw fish, salads, light soups, white meats, red meats and fresh or briefly aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- After harvest the grapes, in crates, are chilled; a gentle pressing and natural decanting of the must follow. Fermentation takes place in steel.

- Aged on fine lees, part in steel tanks and part in barriques, until bottling.
