White
Tamardì
By Monchiero Carbone, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Langhe Bianco DOC, an experimental blend of Sauvignon and native Arneis grown on the Roero hills, made since 1995.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow. Aromas from green apple and banana to vanilla in an elegant, harmonious bouquet. Round, docile entry with fruity fullness balanced by crispness on a long finish.
Pairs well with
Grilled shellfish, or simple dishes like agnolotti pasta in a butter-sage sauce.
