Roero DOCG Riserva made since 2012 from the 12-hectare Bricco Genestreto cru in Priocca, a limited, numbered-bottle production.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red. Intense, pleasant hints of plum with balsamic notes of dried flowers, licorice and sweet tobacco. Full, harmonious, velvety palate with long persistence.
Pairs well with
Meat-based dishes rich in aromas and flavors, such as lamb cuts, baked kid, ribs, or long-aged cheeses.
