Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG made since 2009 from a 6-hectare vineyard in Rovereto di Gavi (province of Alessandria), vinified there and refined at the Canale cellar.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Persistent notes of white flowers, lily, almond and grapefruit. Elegant, smooth palate with fresh, balanced acidity.
Pairs well with
A refreshing aperitif, hors d'oeuvres, shellfish, risotto and seafood.

- Pressed in a pneumatic press, fermented on selected yeasts in steel tanks at 15°C for about 2-3 weeks, then rested in tank for 4 months with bâtonnage every 15 days.
