Tasting notes
Intense ruby red tending to garnet with age. Round, strong, spiced nose with floral and fruity hints. Full, elegant, well-structured taste with a long, harmonious after-taste.
Pairs well with
Meat ravioli, red meat dishes, boiled meat, braised meats and game, sheep and goat toma cheese and aged hard cheeses.

- Slow fermentation and long maceration on the skins, racked into wooden barrels to complete malolactic fermentation for at least 18 months, then a further year of bottle aging before release.
