Barbaresco DOCG made since 2021 from Nebbiolo grown at 250-300m with a West exposure.
Tasting notes
Intense, brilliant color changing from ruby red to garnet. Complex, elegant, floral bouquet of violets, roses, forest fruits and spices. Persistent, full-bodied, harmonious palate with silky tannins.
Pairs well with
Pasta served with truffles, grilled beef, stews with game and aged cheese.

- Hand-harvested, destemmed and gently pressed; 20-day fermentation with skin contact in steel tanks at a controlled 27°C, then aged in Slavonian oak barrels for 18-20 months and rested in the bottle for 12 months before release.
