By Monchiero Carbone, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Langhe Nebbiolo DOC made since 1996 for early, easy drinking, sourced partly from the half-hectare S.S. Trinità vineyard in Canale.
Tasting notes
Fairly light, young ruby-red. Fine aromas of raspberries and wild strawberries with floral undertones typical of Roero soils. Medium body with good acidity and elegant tannins.
Pairs well with
Pasta dishes with meat sauce.
