Matteo Correggia Severina Extra Brut

Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wine from a vineyard at 650m in Benevello, made in an average of about 1,500 bottles a year; named for Matteo's mother, Severina.

Tasting notes

Fine, persistent perlage; bread-crust and floral aromas; creamy and persistent on the palate, with good acidity that makes it food-friendly.
