White
Arneis La Val dei Preti
By Matteo Correggia, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A selection from the old vines of the La Val dei Preti vineyard, aged at least 4 months on the fine lees in steel plus 6 years in bottle before release; scored up to 94 points by Vinous and 92 by Wine Advocate across vintages.
Tasting notes
Best enjoyed young, when its fruit and floral aromas are most expressive; closed under screw cap, which the estate says lets the wine age for several years while keeping its freshness.
