Tasting notes
Intense red with violet reflections that hold over time. Intense but delicate vinous bouquet, rich and fruity, recalling blackberries and cherries. Dry, well structured, slightly bitter and harmonious, with a persistent, pleasant aftertaste.
Pairs well with
All kinds of dishes: salami, Italian-style pasta and risotto, mixed grilled meats
