Tasting notes
Intense ruby red with soft garnet reflections. Deep aroma full of fruit and undergrowth, with pleasant, not too intense oak notes. Harmonious and full, with good texture and a persistent, pleasant aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Roasted and braised red meats and game; dishes with truffle; ripe cheese; some international dishes
