Tasting notes
Intense golden yellow. On the nose citrus, banana, white peaches, toasted hazelnut, honey and a slight note of oak. Powerful and fresh in the mouth, with a long, persistent finish.

Given its structure, a wide range of dishes: seafood antipasti, crustacean first courses, salmon, white meat, fondue and medium-aged cheeses
