Tasting notes
Bright straw-yellow with lively greenish reflections. Delicate, fresh and fruity bouquet recalling apple, banana and pineapple. Full and soft on the palate, with bitterish tones in the finish and a persistent aftertaste that echoes the aroma.

Fish of all kinds, white meat, vegetables, and delicate pasta and rice dishes
