A sweet, lightly sparkling ruby-red wine made from partially fermented grape must. Suggested with desserts and strawberries.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red, sweet and naturally sparkling. Sweet but not excessively so, with fruity aromas of blackcurrants, raspberries and strawberries and tones of roses and peach flowers.
Pairs well with
Desserts, particularly fruit cakes and strawberries; also as an aperitif
