Red
San Cristoforo
By Marsaglia, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A Barbera d'Alba DOC made from 100% Barbera. Fruity and balanced, with acidity in check.
Tasting notes
Intense red with light violet reflections that hold over time. Rich, fruity bouquet of blackberries, cherries and strawberries that turns towards spices with age. Very harmonious, with well-balanced acidity offset by a good texture.
Pairs well with
All kinds of dishes: salami, Italian-style pasta and international cuisine
