Tasting notes
Intense red with light violet reflections that hold over time. Rich, fruity bouquet of blackberries, cherries and strawberries, evolving towards spices. Very harmonious flavour with well-balanced acidity compensated by a good texture.

All kinds of dishes: salami, Italian-style pasta and international cuisine
