A Roero DOCG made from 100% Nebbiolo and aged in Slavonian oak. Plum, vanilla and tobacco with violet notes.
Tasting notes
Intense garnet red with light ruby reflections. Rich, ethereal, persistent bouquet with fruity notes of plum, vanilla and tobacco, followed by balanced scents of violets. Harmonious and pleasantly tannic, with an agreeable aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Roasted and braised red meats and game; also dishes with truffle and ripe cheeses
