Estate rose made from Barbera and other varieties with a short skin maceration, ready for consumption in 1 to 2 months and benefiting from 3 to 4 months of bottle refinement.
Tasting notes
Rose colour with purple tinges, changing to grenadine after a few years in the bottle. Intense stone fruit (mostly cherries), strawberries, violets, occasionally almonds. Tasty and harmonic palate with enjoyable acidity, softening with ageing. Easy to drink and best drunk quite young.
Pairs well with
Hors d'oeuvres, tasty fish, white meat, vegetables, pasta, risotto or pizza.

- Fermented in stainless steel at 17C for about 12 days; obtained from an 18 to 24 hour skin maceration at 18C of Barbera grapes and other varieties from the estate vineyards, then refined on the fine lees for one month with weekly batonnage before racking, clarifying at 5C and bottling.
