Al Sole
By L'Armangia, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
A 100% Cortese white with a naturally light sparkle from partially retained fermentation CO2.
Tasting notes
Light straw colour, often with green hues. Delicate aromatics, slightly acidic and salty, clean and harmonious. Fruity and fragrant, with a persistent bouquet of banana, apricot, citrus and fresh hay. Easy to drink and best young.
Pairs well with
Hors d'oeuvres, light fish, shellfish, pasta, risotto, vegetable dishes, bruschetta and light snacks; also good as an aperitif.
