White
Pratorotondo
By L'Armangia, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
Ready to drink after 4 to 8 months, with a 2 to 3 year bottle ageing potential; the presence of Chardonnay Musque adds to its aromatic complexity.
Tasting notes
Pale straw colour increasing in intensity over time. Flowery scents of banana, honey, vanilla and breadcrust, with interesting mineral notes. Full bodied and intense on the palate, never aggressive.
Pairs well with
Fish, shellfish, white meat, grilled meat, flans and vegetables.
