A rosé made from 100% Nebbiolo, briefly macerated on the skins. 13 to 13.5% ABV.
Tasting notes
Rosé colour with orange reflections. On the nose, a complex, fruity bouquet with notes of rose and cherry. On the palate, enveloping, fresh, with a silky finish.
Pairs well with
Fish, starters, Asian food, grilled vegetables and garlic-forward dishes such as bagna càuda.
