Alta Langa DOCG metodo classico extra brut from 100% Pinot Noir, aged at least 36 months on its lees, with 2.9 g/l residual sugar. 12.5 to 13% ABV.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour, fine and persistent perlage, aromas of bread crust and yeast, rich, savoury (2.9 g/l sugar) and balanced taste.
Pairs well with
Perfect as an aperitif, with shellfish and oysters; pairs especially well with starters and first courses.
